At allsilkflowers.co.uk we specialise exclusively in completed silk flower arrangements. All our products are hand crafted, with timeless designs and colour coordinates. Whatever the occasion, whatever the mood, treat yourself or someone else to the lasting pleasure of flowers that don't wilt, perish or drop!

Terms and Conditions
Where goods are for a wedding, we prefer to deliver at least 8 days prior to the wedding day. This allows time to ensure that your order is to your satisfaction.
Payments are made prior to shipping your order.
Cancellation Rights
Under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the goods are received by you.
You will receive an order confirmation including the right to cancel.
Bespoke arrangement cancellation rights will not apply and we will inform you of this prior to placing the order.
A full refund will be made on return of the goods, not including any delivery charges incurred. If you wish to return the goods call 01925 234500.
If cancelled during the cooling off period you will be responsible for returning the items at your own cost.
We will make a charge, not exceeding the direct costs of recovering any goods under the contract should the goods not be returned or are returned at our expense.
Shipping and Handling
We only supply to the UK and Ireland at the moment. If you are very interested and live overseas please send an email to sales@allsilkflowers.co.uk and we will try to help you.
We normally ship your order within 7 days of receipt.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 do have the following provision:
All products will be shipped within 30 days of placing the order.
Where we cannot meet the delivery date and have not agreed a later delivery date you will have the right to a full refund. All monies will be refunded at the latest by 30 days beginning the day after the day on which the period for performance expired.
If you require delivery on a specific date then please select City Link as the courier.
Taxes
We are not VAT registered therefore no tax is applied.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in e-commerce software and are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
